You are entitled to your statutory right of withdrawal for items purchased via this website.

Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products. The shipping costs for returns are to be paid by the customer.

Returning an item is easy and can be done in 3 simple steps.

1. Contact us

Request a returns number from us within 14 days of receiving your order. The easiest way to arrange this is to return your order via your customer account. Log in to your account, click on the order you wish to cancel or exchange. Continue by clicking on "Enquiry" to access our contact form. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team via live chat or telephone. Please have your order number ready in this case. Click here to go to the Help Centre.

2. Send the return by post

Once you have received your returns form, you have 14 days to return your item to us. We must receive items back within 28 days of the original delivery date in order to refund you. Please ensure that your items are securely packed and that the package contains all the information requested. Please keep your receipt as proof of delivery. If you have any questions about shipping your items to us, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

3. We take care of the rest

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us. All successful returns will be credited to the original payment method. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. When purchasing with Clearpay, Clearpay will cancel future scheduled payments and notify you of any refunds. These are immediately displayed in the Clearpay app and transferred back to the debit or credit card set up with the account.
